
MY STORY
Hi! My name is Christina and I'm a home baker. My love of baking began at a young age thanks to my mother. I was always in the kitchen with her making baklava, cookies, and cakes.
In 2023, I decided to learn how to make sourdough bread and I haven't looked back. My chocolate sourdough especially is a crowd pleaser. I've also been teaching myself how to make other breads like focaccia and other desserts like French macarons. I'm always learning how to make new things.
In 2024, we lost my mom to cancer. I decided what better way to honor her and her fighting spirit than to pick myself up, create my own business, and bake her recipes for others to enjoy. All of my Greek pastry recipes have been handed down to me spanning several generations.
